I'm the daughter of a former Catholic Nun and Priest who outgrew oppressive societal norms around pleasure and intimacy. When my husband stopped desiring sex just months after our first marriage at 45, talk therapy didn't help - so I got the courage to seek education at Tantra retreats.
I discovered I was holding shame around feeling good and had spent my entire life prioritizing someone else's pleasure over my own.
The painful journey of learning healthy communication, honoring my boundaries, and listening to my body taught me that pleasure is sacred. We divorced in love and remain chosen family.
Now I have greater self-trust, safety in my body, and feel wildly alive as an Erotic Wellness practitioner helping others normalize the need for skills in pleasure and intimacy.

Normalize the need for education & skills in the areas of pleasure & intimacy so we can have more fulfilling relationships.
While the $1.8 trillion wellness industry focuses on physical and mental health, erotic wellness takes a broader view - incorporating mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of sexuality for personal empowerment, pleasure, and healing. I believe our erotic wellness is a critical componet to feeling more alive, and human.
I'm collaborating with advocates and practitioners to normalize erotic wellness as mainstream self-care by blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic modalities like somatic therapy and intimacy coaching.
Our vision: a world where erotic wellness is celebrated as vital to holistic health, empowering people to reclaim their erotic energy as a source of healing, vitality, and creativity.
