​Daughter of a former Catholic nun and priest — yes, really! Ivy League-educated. New York native. Personal growth junkie, entrepreneur, and erotic wellness advocate.

 

I've been married and divorced "in love”. I've been to Burning Man every year since 2016 and all seven continents. I now live in The Goddess Temple — a sanctuary I built in Denver for gathering, education and ritual.

 

I'm an erotic wellness practitioner, trained pro-domme, and tantric guide. Most importantly, I'm an advocate for normalizing education and skills around pleasure and intimacy so people can have more fulfilling relationships. 

 

Since 2023, I've guided hundreds of women, men and couples through touch-based pleasure and intimacy experiences with joy, presence and radical acceptance. The result is more intimacy, more confidence, more honesty and a deeper relationship with their partner and themselves.

How I got here

I married, with great intention, for the first time at 45. Months later, my husband stopped desiring sex. Talk therapy didn't move the needle. So I went looking elsewhere — Tantra retreats, ritual, plant medicine, polyamory and more somatic therapeutic approaches.

 

What I found, eventually, was that I'd been holding shame around feeling good. I'd spent my entire life prioritizing someone else's pleasure over my own. The painful, slow work of learning healthy communication, honoring my boundaries, and listening to my body taught me that pleasure is sacred — and our birthright.

 

I came out the other side with more self-trust, more safety in my body, and a divorce that ended in love. I've been giving people permission to find their own version of that ever since.

​I'm a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). I've co-facilitated Witness Sisterhood and Braveheart retreats as well as erotic wellness workshops, appeared on multiple podcasts and public stages, including CreativeMornings and co-hosted the “Permission to Be Human: How to Be Brave in Relationships” podcast with Andrea Enright, which ran for six seasons and more than 125 episodes. 

 

I currently publish the JoyStream Substack and record educational porn on my OnlyFans channel. 

 

Before this life, I co-founded Toward Awakening Travel, a three-year project guiding people to spiritual destinations around the world, and I built a marketing career and a company called Shine Bright Marketing.
