Digital Content: General Policy


All purchases of digital content on janelleorion.com, including educational videos, downloadable PDF guides and bundled offerings, are final sale and nonrefundable once the content has been accessed or the delivery link has been opened.


This is standard practice for digital content and consistent with CCBill merchant guidelines for digital goods.


Because digital content cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery has occurred.


Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific offering before buying, contact us before completing your purchase.


When We Will Issue a Refund


Although our general policy is that digital-content purchases are nonrefundable, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

 

  • Content not delivered: You did not receive your access link within 24 hours of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • Technical failure: The content is inaccessible because of a technical issue on our end and we are unable to provide a working replacement link within 48 hours.

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

  • Wrong product delivered: You received access to content materially different from what was described on the product page.


Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase. Requests submitted after that period are not eligible for a refund.


Expiring Access Links


Digital video content is delivered through a secure, time-limited access link that expires 48 to 72 hours after delivery. This helps protect our content from unauthorized redistribution.

Link Expired Before You Could Watch?


We understand that life happens. If your link expires before you are able to access your content, email us within seven days of your original purchase date and we will issue a new link at no charge.


This is not a refund. It is a courtesy re-delivery of content you have already purchased.


We recommend saving your delivery email until you have fully accessed your content. If you cannot locate the email, check your spam folder before contacting us.


One-on-One Sessions and Coaching Services


For private sessions, coaching packages and other personal services booked through this website:

 

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before a session: No refund, but full credit toward a rescheduled session.

  • Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before a session: No refund, but full credit toward a rescheduled session. 

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before a session: No refund. Credit toward a rescheduled session may be offered at Janelle’s discretion.

  • No-show: No refund and no credit.

  • Packages: Unused sessions in a purchased package may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within 30 days of purchase and before more than half of the sessions have been completed.


Chargebacks and Disputes


We take billing disputes seriously and ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.


If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, note that charges from this site will appear under a discreet billing descriptor arranged through CCBill. Contact us using the email address below with your order details and we will help identify the charge.


Initiating a chargeback for content that was accessed and delivered as described may constitute fraud. We maintain detailed access logs and delivery records. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and could result in account termination or referral to collections.


How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, email support@janelleorion.com within the applicable time frame and include the following information:

 

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout.

  • Date of purchase.

  • Name of the product or service purchased.

  • Reason for your refund request.

  • Order or transaction ID, if available, from your CCBill confirmation email.


We aim to respond to all refund requests within three business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take five to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


Changes to This Policy


We may update this refund policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.


Your continued use of this site and purchase of offerings constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
